[Framework] Setting java.security.debug=all creates performance issues

                 Key: FELIX-2792
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-2792
             Project: Felix
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Framework
    Affects Versions: framework-3.0.7
            Reporter: Richard S. Hall
            Assignee: Karl Pauls
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: framework-3.2.0

Setting java.security.debug=all causes URLs to be printed while performing security checks,
which results in a recursion loop that must fail due to stack memory before continuing, which
leads to a significant performance loss. See http://java.net/jira/browse/GLASSFISH-15585.
