Why ?

IMHO a servlet which is unregistered must be destroyed to comply with the Servlet API contract.

And it doesn't matter why the servlet is unregistered, either because the Http Service is
going away or the registering bundle is going away without explicitly unregistering the servlet
or the servlet is explicitly unregistered.
