Richard S. Hall closed FELIX-2039.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

This is completed in trunk and passes the CT except for one case which is actually a mistake
in the CT. We will likely have to fudge this to pass the release R4.2 CT for the time being
until a new CT is released. I will deal with this before we do a release of the framework.

> The new resolver's requirement is modeled as an LDAP-like filter. In Felix 2.0, we moved
away from our own filter implementation and to the standard OSGi filter implementation. The
new resolver's requirement filter should be extended to meet the needs of the OSGi Filter
and we should return to having our own implementation of it, which will allow for us to fine-tune
performance.
