Thanks for this patch.

I have committed it in Rev. 911278 with the following change: make readTemplateFile method
of AbstractWebConsole protected for use by extending plugins and fix a minor issue in the
services.js script preventing mutliple service details to be opened at the same time.

Also fixed the same rendering issue in bundle.js in Rev. 911277 and adapted VMStatPlugin to
use the readTemplateFile method in Rev. 911279.
