Not by default gogo is a command framework vs a set of commands. But
there are a couple of objects registered by default as BundleContext

So you can do:

installBundle http://somewhere.org/somepath/some.jar

to start and stop bundles you can do:

(bundle <id>) start
(bundle <id>) stop
