Felix Meschberger resolved FELIX-1507.

    Resolution: Fixed

Implemented unified error handling for ConfigurationException and general Throwable thrown
while calling any of the update or delete callbacks in Rev. 806061.

These problems are now caught when the callback is called to ensure each potential configuraiton
client gets a chance to be provided with the update.

> According to the spec, if a single bundle registers multiple ManagedService[Factory]
services with the same PID, each of these services must be updated with the configuration
(albeit error messages must be logged). if any of these services throws while being updated,
not all services might be updated because the exceptions are caught outside of the loop over
the target services.
