> According to Section 105.6.2, Use of the Designate Element, the Designate element may
contain pid attribute alone or a pid attribute and a factoryPid attribute. In the latter case
the pid attribute should be ignored unless the Designate contains an Object element for consumption
by the Configuration Admin to create a factory configuration instance.
> Since the MetaType service is interested in the type descriptors, the pid should really
be ignored in these situations. Currently both the pid and the factoryPid are recorded.
