Sahoo updated FELIX-920:
------------------------

    Attachment: 20090211_sahoo.patch

Richard,

The last patch did not solve the issue completely. Current patch (20090211_sahoo.patch) contains
the following changes:
1. FileInstall.java: Read the new property value during initial configuration of service.
2. DirectoryWatcher.java: Log the property value like all other property values.

Can you please apply this patch on top of the last change?

Thanks,
Sahoo

> Currently "File Install" bundle always starts any newly discovered bundles. One should
be able to configure it to start new bundles or leave them in installed state. This need not
be at bundle level. To start with, I think a global boolean flag is good enough.
