Felix Meschberger closed FELIX-889.
-----------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: configadmin-1.0.10

Modified the value check to ensure arrays of primitives are recognized as arrays and thus
are accepted. Previously primitive arrrys where not recognized and caused an IllegalArgumentException
being thrown.

Fixed in Rev. 735640.

> Code inspection and additional unit tests show, that the CaseInsensitiveDictionary used
to store the configuration properties does not accept and support values of primitive array
type.
> The bug lies with the CaseInsensitiveDictionary.checkValue(), which checkes arrays with
>     value instanceOf Object[]
> which is never true for an array of primitive. The check must be whether the class of
the value is an array type as in
>     value.getClass().isArray()
