FYI, it's pulled in from the Apache snapshots repository (which may or may
not be visible when compiling from work - depends on your firewall and maven
settings)

I'd prefer to see them use a released version of org.osgi.core (ie. 1.2.0)
unless there's a specific reason they need 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT
