Remove bundle cache profiles concept

                 Key: FELIX-754
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-754
             Project: Felix
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Framework
    Affects Versions: felix-1.2.1

            Reporter: Richard S. Hall
            Assignee: Richard S. Hall
             Fix For: felix-1.2.2

Since the beginning of time, Oscar/Felix has supported the bundle cache profile concept, whose
main purpose was to allow you to easily create sets of cached bundles for different purposes.
This concept has always been a little confusing for new users. We should remove this concept
and just replace it with a reasonable default, like creating a cache directory in the current
directory. Since most people run Felix from the install directory, this means that for most
people it will just use a directory inside the install directory.
