Stuart McCulloch resolved FELIX-456.
------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Committed patch to bindex code: version pattern now accepts whitespace around version numbers,
and trims it before passing to the framework version class

> When installing a bundle that has a version range with spaces in its manifest, for example:
> some.pkg.name;version="(0, 2]"
> the OBR install mojo will report a NumberFormatException, because the bindex implementation
> does not handle spaces inside the quoted string. However, the OSGi spec says version
strings
> may contain whitespace.
> The VersionRange code needs a small fix to strip whitespace from around the version numbers.
