Hi,

Seeing your problem I think Richard is on the right track. Maybe you can try 
to run the ant/mvn through the command line to generate the felix jars and 
see if it works. However, if you want just to try Felix without fighting 
against Maven2 you can download the binary release at:

http://cwiki.apache.org/FELIX/downloads.html

I would advise you to try the plug-in for 3.3 only if you are already 
comfortable with the Eclipse PDE and are already experienced with the Equinox 
launch configuration, else it might be overkill (it is an early beta, so I 
can't guarantee something strange won't happen ;) )
