I am interested in enhancing my LogService to full R4 compliance (if anything
beyond the R3). It uses Log4J as the backend. Additional features done,
in-progress or planned;

  * Default Log4J setup per bundle, which gets something 'reasonable' per
     bundle. The LogService bundle implements ManagedService, to receive
     full application log configuration.

  * Exporting of a sopmewhat modified Jakarta Commons Logging API, which
     should allow 3rd party libraries that uses the JCL to get linked into
     the OSGi logging framework.

  * Possibly a modified Log4J Logger class, to intercept requests from
     Log4J specific 3rd party libraries, to get linked into the OSGi
     logging framework.

Please note that this is not a "minimalistic approach", and we should perhaps
have some simpler one as well.
