    FALCON-2058 s3 tests with dummy url no longer compatible with latest HDFS

    With latest HDFS 2.7.2 or above, falcon's validation with dummy s3 url would fail. Therefore
disabling this s3 replication UT. Valid s3 case is already covered in regression tests.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/yzheng-hortonworks/falcon FALCON-2058

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/falcon/pull/206.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #206
