1. The Hadoop counters - These are not directly from Hadoop. It expects a counter.txt in the
LogDir. I think this is broken as of now. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes, this is broken now causing the replication metrics not showing up in Graph DB. So, we
have this as a blocker JIRA for 0.10 release. 

This needs to be fixed/rewritten beyond 0.10.

Let me know what your thoughts are.
