[~yzheng-hortonworks] Cluster entity persisted in titan DB during creation else feed/process entity would not have submitted even after restart of Falcon server. I have mentioned that first I submitted the cluster entity and when I tried to submit the feed/process entity I am getting the below exception.

When I restart Falcon and do feed submission again this exception don't appear. But again appear when I do the process entity submission.
