Ying Zheng updated FALCON-1789:
-------------------------------
    Description: REST API and CLI support to manage entities created from both trusted and
custom recipes. Functionalities include: 1) search entities generated from a recipe; 2) submit
an entity with recipe parameters; 3) submit and schedule an entity with recipe parameters;
4) update an entity with new recipe parameters; 5) validate recipe parameters. For details
on recipe definition, see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FALCON-1105 (was: REST API
infrastructure for server side recipes should be generic enough so that it can be reused for
custom recipes too in the future.

Today, Falcon provides OOTB HDFS & Hive DR recipes. Generic REST API support should be
extended to provide mirroring as a service.
