Date Wed, 27 Jan 2016 06:46:39 GMT

Ajay Yadava commented on FALCON-1751:

patch is not empty, I think there was some issue with applying it.

Also this patch has been pending for long, I haven't been able to do a thorough review but
patch looks good to me. I will commit this change tomorrow if there are no review comments
from anyone.

> falcon doesn't support assembly:single
> --------------------------------------
> Key: FALCON-1751
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FALCON-1751
> Project: Falcon
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Affects Versions: 0.8
> Reporter: ruoyu wang
> Assignee: ruoyu wang
> Priority: Minor
> Labels: patch
> Fix For: trunk
> Attachments: Falcon-1751.patch
> The assembly:assembly mojo leads to non-standard builds.
> when I tried to release falcon on jenkins with release:prepare release:perform, it will
use assembly:single by default.
> Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-assembly-plugin:2.4.1:single (source-release-assembly)
on project falcon-main.
> I think It's better to make assembly:single work also.
