Narayan Periwal commented on FALCON-1733:
-----------------------------------------

[~ajayyadava], The issues are very minor like simple code refactoring, so I feel it will be
good to do them in a single jira instead to creating multiple subtasks. One such sample issue
that I am facing is:-
{code}
[INFO] Boxing/unboxing to parse a primitive org.apache.falcon.security.AuthenticationInitializationService.init()
[org.apache.falcon.security.AuthenticationInitializationService] At AuthenticationInitializationService.java:[line
87] DM_BOXED_PRIMITIVE_FOR_PARSING
{code}

 I agree that to avoid duplication of effort with [~deepak.barr], I will get the confirmation
from him.

> Currently, the falcon build fails with JDK 1.8. This is because many of the plugins still
points to the older version, which will need to be updated.
