Just to clarify this issue was not introduced as part of scheduler. Even though servlet context
 throw exception during initialization, still Server will be up but it will throw bad request
for any requests from there. The only way i found shutting down server is using System.exit
while throwing exception in servlet context initialization. Please suggest better way in doing
this .
