If user doesn't want to security for storing credentials, then there is no point of creating
a file and store over there. User can simply store in statestore.properties itself. Order
is storing in security file is priortized over storing in statestore.properties.

We need to add more secureness by removing password properties from startup props and also
made this Statestore supports Mysql as well.
