Seems like we need to do it in failsafe plugin and specifying the args on the didn't help there. I couldn't find a work around for this issue. Discussed with others and found out that others have also tried unsuccessfully to solve this problem. Closing this bug. If you find a better alternative please reopen this bug and let me know. P.S. Actual resolution is Can't Fix but since that is not available marking it as fixed. > Default permgen space not enough for unit tests > ----------------------------------------------- > > Key: FALCON-411 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FALCON-411 > Project: Falcon > Issue Type: Sub-task > Reporter: Suresh Srinivas > Assignee: Ajay Yadava > > Falcon unit tests run out of permgen space. > {noformat} > [jar:file:/C:/Users/jenkins/AppData/Local/Temp/Jetty_0_0_0_0_41000_oozie.war__oozie__xjd9u8/webapp/WEB-INF/lib/slf4j-simple-1.6.6.jar!/org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder.class] > SLF4J: See http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#multiple_bindings for an explanation. > ERROR: Oozie could not be started > REASON: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space > Stacktrace: > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space > at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method) > at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(ClassLoader.java:791) > at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(SecureClassLoader.java:142) > {noformat} -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
