is secure and private to the user and falcon can read it as well. I feel that is far more

Ideally, yes but the user is NOT available in the LogCleanupService background thread as ACL
might be empty. I had to make this optional for backwards compatibility. logs MUST be world-writable
even though its owned by the user.

Thoughts?
