Had tried increasing the threadCount in the past, but had issues as some tests were dirtying
state causing some other parallel tests to fail. Haven't tried since FALCON-123, where I had
tried to remove these state dependencies around hadoop clusters. However I am afraid that
there might be still some cases where config store might come in the way of parallelizing
the tests.
