When you build distributed packages with -P distributed, did you add the correct hadoop profile as well?
The cmd is: mvn clean assembly:assembly -DskipTests -DskipCheck=true -P distributed,hadoop-1 (Yes, we need to update the doc on the site). This doesn't add hadoop jars in falcon war. Let me know if this works, we can close this bug
