Thats absolutely true in general. This issue is just a collection issue because we have some
wrong line endings in the binding-c and binding-cpp sources. As an example an example if I
look to the following files on a Windows 7 machine we have different line endings. 

As we work internally with git / git-svn we get sometimes merge conflicts because of line
endings. Github gives also some infos about this For
Subversion some information can be found here

One mismatch could be that not all files marked with the svn:eol-style property.
