Rainer Döbele resolved EMPIREDB-79.

    Resolution: Fixed

User DBRelation.onDeleteCascade() or  DBRelation.onDeleteCascadeRecords() to enable cascaded
deletes on foreign key relations.
The DBTable.setCascadeDelete() flag has been deprecated and will not be supported for future
releases but this one.
