Restrict access to DatabaseDriver object for all subclasses of DBColumnExpr to the addSQL function.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: EMPIREDB-8
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/EMPIREDB-8
             Project: Empire-DB
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: empire-db-2.0.4-incubating
            Reporter: Rainer Döbele
            Assignee: Rainer Döbele
             Fix For: empire-db-2.0.4-incubating

Currently the factory Functions for SQL-function espressions access the database driver object
in order to obtain function and conversion templates.
In order to allow the definition of column expressions prior to opening a database - which
attachtes a database driver object - this behaviour is not desireable.
Instead the driver should only be accessed in the addSQL function.
