Spotcheck the javadoc: 

    docs/javadoc/index.html
    Verify "incubating" and correct version id at top of page
    Spot check clicking through to packages in each of the sections
    Scroll to the "overview" at the bottom of the page
        In the Summary of Samples table, click through links in the Sample and Focus columns
        Review the Building Applications section for correctness
