    [EAGLE-918] Improve eagle auth to support @PermitAll/DenyAll/RolesAllowed/Auth and API

    * Improve eagle auth framework to support annotations under Jersey 1.9 and Dropwizard
    * Add Authentication API
    GET /auth/principal
    GET /auth/validate
    GET /auth/login
