[~sphillips], can you take a look at this? I think this may be due to calling QueryResultData.release()
more than once. 

[~rkins], the patch never touched any client code so I don't think that is the cause. Are
you sure this isn't from the RPC threading changes (since those might reveal a concurrency
bug)?
