Krystal closed DRILL-3271.

The 4th column with mis-matched data between the actual and expected for tpch  01.q is the
same as reported on DRILL-1572.  DRILL-1572  is currently assigned to Chun to update the test
framework to account for rounding differences between baseline and actual.
