Subject [jira] [Commented] (DRILL-3658) Missing org.apache.hadoop in the JDBC jar
Date Mon, 17 Aug 2015 20:35:46 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-3658?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14700176#comment-14700176

Daniel Barclay (Drill) commented on DRILL-3658:

> java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: local.org.apache.hadoop.io.Text

This report seems to be superseded by DRILL-3347 (Resolve: ResultSet.getObject(...) for VARCHAR
returns ...hadoop.io.Text, not String), which has a fix pending review.

However, the symptom in DRILL-3347 relates to org.apache.hadoop.io.Text, not a local.org.apache.hadoop.io.Text
as reported here for DRILL-3658.

What version of Drill are you using?
