Aman Sinha resolved DRILL-1423.

    Resolution: Duplicate

This is actually a duplicate of DRILL-1397 which has an IN correlated subquery but the underlying
issue is the same and has to do with the decorrelation logic not handling the ITEM operator
correctly.
