plugin defined to ORACLE 12C2 using JDBC

query sent to drill 

select RNUM, C1, C2 from certora.DBCERT.TJOIN2 where exists ( select C1 from certora.DBCERT.TJOIN1)

rejected with the following error

Error: UNSUPPORTED_OPERATION ERROR: This query cannot be planned possibly due to either a
cartesian join or an inequality join

   (	"RNUM" NUMBER(*,0),
