Well, the best you can do is to look at how you should configure a LDAP server to be a valid keyserver for teh enigmail module : https://enigmail.wiki/Configuration and https://lists.gt.net/gnupg/users/36144 could help. In any case, if it's possible to get the keys from a LDAP server, then it will work woth ApacheDS.
