Thank you.

It's PWM (https://code.google.com/p/pwm/) that changes password.
That account under the issue is set to 'LDAP Test User', which is used to test some functionalities
such as 'Set password'.

check if you have any users or other application clients connecting to the server using the
said account ID

Apache Directory Server will not change passwords automatically
