Is that a single line response that you're getting from the apacheds log?

It sounds like the connection is terminating early for some reason. Are you
using StartTLS?

May need to rip open a protocol analyzer to determine the exact exchange
between the two applications..

Also am getting the below errors after importing all my users.

"Error while opening connection - the response queue has been emptied no
response was found"

In the apacheds log i can see "Null LdapSession given to cleanUpSession"

Please help me to sort this out.
