the new context entry's (the first entry of the partition) DN should
be dc=MyCompany,dc=com NOT ou=MyCompany
(you can later create ou=MyCompany under dc=MyCompany,dc=com with the
DN ou=MyCompany,dc=MyCompany,dc=com)
