Subject Uninstall Apache DS on a Mac?
Date Thu, 03 Mar 2011 03:30:45 GMT
Hi all,

I just installed Apache DS 1.5.7 via the Mac installer.  As a quick
exercise, I wanted to see if I could easily uninstall it as well.

I can shut the process down by running:

sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.apache.directory.server.plist

But after that how do you uninstall it?

I could delete /usr/local/apache-directory-1.5.7

but is that it?

Because of launchctl, we know that there is a
/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.apache.directory.server.plist file that
should probably be removed as well.

Is there anything else?

Thanks,

Les
P.S. Running Mac OS X 10.6.6
