FYI I use this command line to import the certificate :
keytool -import -trustcacerts -alias apacheldap -file ./studio.cer -keystore
$ECLIPSE_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts

Note that I put a jre in the eclipse folder that will be use for start
eclipse.
