This has been moved to the TcpTransport bean :

You can remove this section from the server.xml file.

The first value is telling the server to flush to disk any modified data 
every 15 seconds, the second value is used to limit the size of incoming 
messages to 2Mb. For instance, if one tries to store a 600 Mb video in 
the server, it will reject the AddRequest.
