If you were unable to find this matchingRule in the schema of the server
then it's probably missing.  Go ahead and add a JIRA for this.

The work around would be to inject your own matchingRule implementation for
this as bytecode into the server.  Just implement the interface or extend
the MR class and inject the code into the server.
