Just updated to the latest this morning, doing a

mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true clean install

produces this error

GroupId: org.apache.directory.server
ArtifactId: apacheds-server-xml
Version: 1.5.5-SNAPSHOT

Reason: Unable to download the artifact from any repository

Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

Shouldn't this be what is build locally?
