Those classes are in apacheds-core.jar

Adding a dependency like :
<http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.4.x>    <dependency>
      <groupId>org.apache.directory.server</groupId>
      <artifactId>apacheds-core</artifactId>
      <version>1.0.2</version>
    </dependency>

in your pom.xml should do the trick.
