They are LDAP attributes names. You have to know a bit more about LDAP 
protocol to understand their meaning.

o : Organization
cn : Common Name
ou : Organizational Unit

You should take a look to the following RFCs if you want more 
information. The second one contains a list of the most common used 
attributes.
