No, you can't specify an order, not can you export the data in a specific order.

The rational is that an export is done using a filter like {{(ObjectClass=*)}}, which will
not return the entries in a specific order. Would you like to get an ordered ldif, it would
require multiple searches (one per entry) that would literally kill the performances.

Clicking on the "Continue on error" should work, but you will have to import your ldif file
many times
