Hi Kai,
Thanks for letting me know that.
Then I'll happily carry on the kpasswd module work:)

Best regards,
Yan

Thanks Yan for your great work on the remote kadmin support and now the taking on kpasswd
module!

AFAIK, there is no real work on kpasswd module or the change password protocol support, though
there was some discussion about that.

Regards,
Kai

Hi guys,

Recently I am working on *remote kadmin* in kerby, and it has been half finished.
I would like to know that is there anyone working on *kpassword* module?
If no one, I can take this work since I am already familiar with *kadmin* module.

Best regards,
Yan

IMO, it would make more sense to do the Kerby integration as part of ApacheDS 2.0 GA.

On the other hand, in Kerby the password change protocol and kpasswd tool is still to be implemented,
which is supported by ApacheDS. I don't see other weakness.

Kai

Sure : we have *many* things going on in ApacheDS atm, adding the intergartion of Kerby right
now will be just overkilling. The high priority is to get the LDAP API 1.0 out, then ApacheDS
2.0 GA out and Studio released.
