This was my mistake, fixed it.

This is used for quick testing during development, this script won't get bundled with the
installer archives.

bq. Finally, I chose to start up the shutdown listener before the service as a safety measure.
My idea was, if the server fails to start for some reason it shouldn't be alive(in a dangling
state) after that. If it is the case then
we should consider it as a bug and fix the server. wdyt?
